ABOUT

Built by the team at Bonton AI.

Hedgicore is a stat-arb platform for crypto perpetual futures. Verify the people, methodology and limits behind the platform before you trust the analytics. We name the team, name the parent firm, link to the methodology paper and disclose what we do and what we deliberately do not.

WHAT WE BUILT

An adaptive spread workbench for crypto-perp stat arb.

Hedgicore builds an adaptive crypto-futures spread that handles the regime drift, funding flows and cointegration checks that crypto perpetuals require. You bring whatever technical indicator you already know (Z-score, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Stochastic, Nadaraya-Watson and others) and apply it to the spread. A set of proprietary Hedgicore indicators calibrated specifically for the spread ships later this year.

The full design principles, indicator definitions, backtest scope and references to the academic foundations are in The Hedgicore Engine Methodology Paper (v2.0, May 2026): hedgicore.com/methodology.

WHY WE BUILT IT

The tool we wanted did not exist.

We could find general charting tools (TradingView, Coinigy) and execution platforms for crypto perpetuals (the exchanges themselves, plus a long list of order-management tools). What we could not find was a serious spread workbench for crypto-perp stat arb: regime-aware hedge ratios, cost-aware backtests, indicators calibrated for the substrate and a UI that lets you iterate without exporting to Excel.

We built Hedgicore because we wanted that workbench ourselves. The team has quantitative trading and engineering backgrounds; when we could not find a platform that handled crypto stat arb the way we wanted to, we built one.

WHO WE ARE

The team behind Hedgicore.

Hedgicore is built by the team at Bonton AI. The institutional product lives at bonton.ai. Hedgicore is the retail and prosumer product.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT THE PLATFORM

Principles we hold ourselves to.

Honest about stage. Hedgicore is in beta. Most of the platform is live; some of what we describe (multi-leg portfolios, cross-venue stat arb, copula-based indicators) is on the roadmap. The methodology paper §6 names each roadmap item explicitly so you know what is shipped and what is planned.

Honest about scope. Hedgicore is an analytics platform. It does not execute trades or hold customer funds. Trading carries risk of loss; the platform does not change that.

Honest about limits. The backtest models funding, fees and realistic fills. It does not model tick-level microstructure, liquidation cascades, listing/delisting events or order-book impact at large notionals. We document the omissions in the methodology paper §5 because the alternative (pretending the backtest is a perfect simulator) produces strategies that look deployable on the screen and lose money in production.

Built for individuals, teams and prosumers. Hedgicore is for individual traders, small teams, research groups and prosumers. Institutional deployments are handled by Bonton AI directly. The product, the pricing and the documentation are scaled for the retail and prosumer audience.

HOW TO EVALUATE US

Apply the framework to us.

Skepticism is healthy with any new platform that involves your money. The methodology paper, the team page, the disclosed backtest scope, the foundational citations, the public indicator definitions and the risk disclaimer on every page are all designed to make verification fast. If you go looking and a piece is missing or unclear, that's a documentation bug. Tell us at hello@hedgicore.com and we will fix it.
